This unit was one of my best works. I designed the shape of the shelf on google sketchup, then used 6-10" wide pieces of African Teak Wood, joined them all together to make final widths of 16" shelves, and then formed this shape to create this one of a kind piece. The grain on the wood is beautiful and I was lucky enough to have several boards with book-matched grain to form symmetrical and perfect patterns. The final product was finished using odies oil for a buttery smooth and accented grain finish.
